  1. Pour the 120 ml whole milk into the 200 ml hot water in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the cornstarch and salt to the mashed potato powder and stir the dry mixture a bit together.
  3. Add the egg to the dry mixture and mix until a uniform mass is formed.
  4. Then pour the milk and water mixture in. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture without lumps.
  5. Take a piping bag with a flat nozzle and fill it with the batter.
  6. Heat the deep fryer to 175°C.
  7. Once the deep fryer is heated, pipe the batter into the hot oil as shown in the video. Fry the fritters until golden brown and crispy. This usually takes a few minutes per batch.
  8. Remove the fritters from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
